Blum Center | News & Announcements

UC Global Health Day is a showcase for the research, training and outreach in global health being undertaken across the University of California. Join panelists Michael A. Rodriguez, Director of the UCLA Blum Center on Poverty and Health in Latin America, Steven P. Wallace, Associate Director of the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research,  Claire Brindis, Director of the Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies at UCSF, and Reshman Shamasunder, Executive Director of the California Immigrant Policy Center as they discuss the findings of a collaborative joint report by the UCLA Blum Center of Poverty and Health in Latin America, the UCLA Center for Health Policy Research and the UC Global Health Institute. The new joint report examines state health policies towards undocumented immigrants and ranks states with the most (and the fewest) public policies and laws that foster the health and welfare of undocumented immigrants.
